I received the ceiling fan switch qucikly, packaged great, with a wiring drawing & warranty card with their contact info. I really appreciate doing business with a company that offers great customer service. My ceiling fan is 30 years old & the home improvement store didn't carry the correct light switch. I spent 30 years as a technology guy. Back in the '90s, we coded websites so you could enter you ZIP code and autofill fields. Few sites do that now. This site does. Finding the right switch was easy. Even better, the basic installation steps. Especially the wire color codes for the different manufacturers. I forgot that I could have purchased the switch at a local dealer, but I'm glad I ordered through Switch Prince. The wire color codes saved my butt on this project.
