These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SwitchPrince website (the “Site”) and any purchase made through our online store. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1) About SwitchPrince
SwitchPrince sells electrical replacement parts and accessories, including (but not limited to) ceiling fan switches, pull chain switches, capacitors, light fixture parts, lamp parts, rocker switches, appliance switches, tool switches, and other related electrical components. Product availability may change without notice.
2) Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your province/state/country of residence to use this Site and place orders. By using this Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3) Product Information & Compatibility Responsibility
We work to provide accurate product descriptions, photos, compatibility notes, and specifications. However, compatibility can vary by part number, wiring configuration, speed setting, voltage, size, dimensions, and application. You are responsible for confirming compatibility before ordering.
Compatibility Checklist (Recommended)
- Match the part number shown on your original component whenever applicable
- Match the wiring configuration (number of wires, terminal layout, or switch type)
- Match the electrical specifications such as voltage, amperage, or capacitance where applicable
- Match the physical design, dimensions, pull chain style, knob type, or mounting style when applicable
If you are unsure, contact us before purchasing and include any relevant identifiers such as part number, model number, measurements, wiring details, or photos.
4) Installation, Wiring & Professional Advice
Some products require installation, wiring, testing, or replacement by a qualified person. We do not guarantee that a customer can safely install or wire an item themselves, because procedures vary by product and application.
- Installation may require a licensed electrician, qualified technician, or other skilled professional.
- Any wiring or installation guidance we provide is general information and may not apply to every product or setup.
- You are responsible for any costs, damages, losses, or expenses related to installation, incorrect wiring, misuse, diagnostics, labor, or service calls.
5) Pricing, Currency & Taxes
Prices and promotions may change at any time. Unless otherwise stated, prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and import charges (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.
6) Orders, Payment & Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit quantities for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory availability, or shipping restrictions. If your order is canceled after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout (or as otherwise required by applicable law). Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.

10) Warranty & Product Issues
Warranty coverage (if any) varies by product and is described on the product page or in our Return Policy Normal wear, incorrect wiring, incorrect installation, water damage, physical damage, or misuse may void warranty coverage.
If you believe an item is defective, contact us with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue. We may request photos/videos to help troubleshoot.
