This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, delivered, and tracked when you purchase from SwitchPrince. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1) Shipping Area
We currently ship within the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining U.S. states).
We do not ship to:
- APO / FPO / DPO addresses
- Remote or hard-to-reach areas
- Certain regions where shipping is not feasible
If an order is placed with an address we cannot service, the order may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.
2) Order Handling Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Handling time refers to order preparation and fulfillment and is not included in the shipping or delivery timeframe.
3) Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship orders using USPS, UPS, DHL or Amazon Logistics. In some cases, another carrier may be used at our discretion. Customers cannot request or select a specific carrier.
4) Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.
- Standard shipping: typically 3–5 business days after shipment
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, severe weather, customs delays, or due to carrier-related issues beyond our control.
5) Free Shipping
If free shipping is offered on an order, it does not mean shipping is free for us. We still pay the carrier to ship your order. For this reason, shipping costs are non-refundable, even when free shipping was applied at checkout.
6) Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear.
7) Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
8) Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery and tracking updates are handled by the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier first.
We may assist you in opening a claim or reviewing the issue, but we do not guarantee replacement or refund for carrier-related delivery issues unless required by law.
