This Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Policy explains the conditions for returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty claims when you purchase from SwitchPrince. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1) Return Window

Returns must be requested within 90 days from the date of delivery. Return requests made after this period may not be accepted.

2) Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return, items must generally be:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • Unmodified and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging

All returns require authorization before being sent back. Please contact us before returning any item.

3) Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered at our discretion for eligible items. If you ordered the wrong part or need a different variation, please contact us before returning the original item.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability and the returned item meeting our return eligibility requirements.

4) Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply to non-defective returns.

The restocking fee:

  • Is deducted from the item price only
  • Does not include shipping costs we paid to ship the order to the customer

5) Shipping Cost Deductions

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, even if the order qualified for free shipping.

6) Refunds

Full Refunds

A full refund of the item price (excluding shipping costs)
is offered only if:

  • The item is defective, or
  • The item is not as described on the product page

In these cases, we may request photos, videos, or additional information to verify the issue before issuing a refund.

Non-Defective Returns

If a return is due to incorrect ordering, incorrect shipping address, compatibility not verified before purchase, or a change of mind, the refund will be issued minus the restocking fee and shipping costs.

7) Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Installed, used, or damaged items
  • Items that have been modified, wired, or altered
  • Items returned without authorization

8) Return Process

  2. Explain the reason for the return or exchange
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions

Unauthorized returns may be refused or subject to additional fees.

9) Warranty

Warranty Coverage

We provide a 1-year limited warranty on eligible products from the date of delivery. Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects or products that fail under normal intended use.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

  • Incorrect installation or improper wiring
  • Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper handling
  • Damage caused by electrical issues, surges, or incompatible systems
  • Normal wear and tear

Improper installation or wiring may result in damage, malfunction, or safety hazards. SwitchPrince is not responsible for any costs, damages, losses, or expenses related to installation, incorrect wiring, misuse, diagnostics, labor, or service calls.

Warranty Claims

If you believe a product is defective and covered under warranty, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the problem

We may troubleshoot the issue and determine whether a replacement, repair, or refund is appropriate.
