Yes — we offer free shipping on orders that meet the minimum purchase amount:

  • United States: Free shipping on orders over $25 USD. A $4.95 flat rate applies to orders below that amount.
  • Canada: Free shipping on orders over $30 CAD. A $6.95 flat rate applies to smaller orders.

All orders include tracking and ship from within the same country for faster delivery.

Yes — we can ship orders to P.O. Box addresses within the United States and Canada.

However, we do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses at this time.

SwitchPrince is an online-only store.
We do not have a physical retail location or in-person pickup service. All orders are placed securely through our website and shipped directly from fulfillment centers in the U.S. and Canada.

This allows us to offer faster service, competitive prices, and nationwide shipping while keeping operations efficient.

No — we currently do not ship internationally outside of the United States and Canada.

Orders can only be shipped to valid addresses within these two countries.

Returns

Yes — all products are eligible for returns within 90 days of delivery.

Yes — all products sold on our website include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal use.
